Hi, My Daughter States She Used Heroin Approx 2 Weeks

Hi, my daughter states she used heroin approx 2 weeks ago in her R arm and over the last 2 weeks it has gotten increasingly swollen, warm and painful. There is no bad odor or open sore with pus suggesting an abbcess and she doesn't have a fever. What should she do?
