Hi My Daughter Who Is 7years Old Have Developed Small

Hi my daughter who is 7years old have developed small red boils on the back , neck and stomach all of a sudden after 2 days of fever. For fever she had crocine . Now there is no fever bit she is having unbearable itching in her back and hands. Any medicine which can be given in morning I will show her to a doctor. I have avil 25 at home.
