Hi My Daughter Woke Up This Morning Crying Saying It

Hi my daughter woke up this morning crying saying it feels like someone is pushing hard on her stomach and it is hard for her to breathe. She's been to drs numerous times with rectal pain stomach pain and burning down below on and off for years and they say it's constipation but this is the first time it's affected her breathing. Can't get into drs today so should I take her to walk in centre. I have wee sample to take. She's 12.
