Hi, my daugther is suffering from high fever from 24hrs. initially we gave ibugesic plus 10ml, later gave meftal P. Right after meftal P she had vomiting and her fever isn't brought down. the fever is maintained as 102-103.. how much gap should we have between the other dosage of meftal P, we are giving 7.5ml
