Hi, My Doc Has Asked Me To Take Duphaston Up

Hi, my doc has asked me to take duphaston up until the 7th month of pregnancy. I am now 25 weeks and this is my first child. I have no history of miscarriage.
Is it necessary to take duphaston still. I am a bit worried since I am reading a lot of mixed reviews about the medicine online
