Would One Be Able To Detect A Pregnancy From A Pelvic Ultrasound When Diagnosed PCOS?

Hi, my doc has done my ultrasound and she said that i’ve pcos. If i’m pregnant then did she know that i’m pregnant in pelvic ultrasound or not? . Actually it’s been 45 days and i don’t have my periods. So kindly suggest me . My doc said that i’ve pcos that’s why i’m facing this issue.
