Hi, My Doctor Prescribed Gynaecosid Pills, Bisacodyl, Ovuinine And EP

Hi, my doctor prescribed gynaecosid pills, bisacodyl, ovuinine and EP Forte to terminate pregnancy but it failed since I didn't bleed, then I took those again after 24hrs but I haven't bled yet and it's past 48hrs already. I had some side effects like fever, nausea, cramps. I came online and read about gyneacosids and I saw that it wasn't recommended for abortion. Am freaking out, could I have done some damage to my reproductive health with those drugs, I don't care about aborting the foetus anymore, I just need to know if am ok or not. Also is there anyway I can find out if am ok or not and if I can get pregnant in the future medically, maybe with some tests or scan.
