Hi, My Doctor Prescribed Sofderm During The Day And Klenzit

Hi, my doctor prescribed sofderm during the day and klenzit c gel during the night after a few weeks he recommended i reduce the application of klenzit c gel, in fact i don't use it anymore because my face improved but he advised the continuous use of sofderm both at night and during the day. However sofderm is out of stock here in kenya,what can i do?
