Hi My Dog Has Been On Antibiotics Since Fri For

Hi my dog has been on antibiotics since Fri for gastric stomach she ate something she buried, months ago, she has improved but still gets sick a little now she has red skin and bloodshot eyes I'm wondering is that related or is it a skin condition even tho she has never has anything like it before
