Hi My Dog Was Diagnosed With A Tumor On His

Hi my dog was diagnosed with a tumor on his spleen 2.5 yrs ago.He has all the symptoms of cushings disease now.Can this occur from the tumor.He is 13 yrs old.those signs have only occurred in the past few weeks.His belly is exteneded but sometimes goes back to normal.
