Hi, my father 73 yrs, having nausea and vomiting since 2-3 weeks. He has history of CABG, ESRD, DM, HTN, PARKINSON, PERIPERAL NEUROPATHY, chronic constipation. Doctor has suggested to take ganaton 50 mg thrice and pegmove 2 scoops at nite. My question is whether the prescribed medicine is safe since he is taking syndopa plus for pd. Also, whether endoscopy is safe procedure considering he is anemic, low haemoglobin, low albumin and undergone hip surgery one month back. He has no bleeding in vomits or motion. Pls advice best course of action.
