Hi My Father Did A CT Scan Before A Month

Hi my father did a CT scan before a month that is 29 may 2018 and the report showed multiple enlarged celiac, portal, aortocaval, paraaortic and paracaval lymph nodes, largest lymph measuring - 19x14mm in paraarotic region and today(2nd July 2018) he did another ultrasound .. it says multiple 1.4 to 2.9cm mesentric lymph nodes.. so has it increased in size and and is it a thing to worry?
