Hi, My Father Had Open Heart Surgery 10 Years Ago.

Hi, my father had open heart surgery 10 years ago. he was doing well. but he had stroke couple of stroke within 5 days last week. According to doctors he has blocks in his heart again and need to do stent placement. My father is a person who likes to talk out loud and can get angry any moment. I just wanted to know is the procedure will be safe enough for him in this situation.
