Hi My Five Year Old Daughter Gets A Lot Of

Hi my five year old daughter gets a lot of wax in her ear, she has been recently to get the wax sucked out, probably about 12 weeks ago. She complained about her ears being sore again. I went back to the doctor to get her checked out four weeks ago, the doc said her ears are fine. However my daughter still has severe pain in one ear, and it now really smells. Has she an ear infection?
