Hi, My Flat Gets Damp During Winter Months. Twice This

Hi, my flat gets damp during winter months. Twice this has happened starts the same month. I was using clotrimazole; it got red raw and worsened. I convinced the pharmacy to let me have canesten hydrocortisone. I am under stress and sweat rash combined. It healed up nicely and quickly. It's looks so like ringworm. It is annoying that we can't buy it from shop. I will go to the doctors next year, if it happens again.
