Hi My Four Years Old Daughter Met With First Episode

Hi my four years old daughter met with first episode of unprovoked seizure two weeks before without fever. We took her to the hospital immediately and test like EEG & CT SCAN, blood test were done.. Everything shows normal and only her blood report has some bacterial infection. Now she is been taking valparin 200 dosage of 9ml twice a day. This make my child much tired and restless some Time. My mother's sister has seizure and I would like to know
1. This genetic case will effect my daughter can it be genetic.
2. Will it come again.
3. Dosage of medicine is it OK or can be reduced
