Hi, my friend have gonorrhea in Dec 2012. In our country, having such desease is very shameful which stops him from seeing medical assistance. He was 18 y/o wen he had it. My friend told me that untreated STD is the reason of HIV-AIDS. Is it true? How long does it take for the bacteria/virus to mutate to HIV-AIDS? Thanks
