Hi My Grandma Went To The ER Last Night Because

Hi my grandma went to the ER last night because of pain and spasms in her neck and shoulder, she got prescribed valium to take 1 at a time 3 times a day. she had to different pills to take. she took her first ones and was sitting at the table opening mail and eating salad and within 15 minutes her face began to droop and she was saying she was getting tired. she wasn't able to move her arms well and she was starting to bob to the side. I went to her and told her she needs to go lay down so me and my grandpa help her up and she was un steady and could not balance. we layed her on the couch and she is currently there with her eyes closed but talks on occasion saying she is fine and she does not need to go to the doctor. we called her doctor and he has not responded, we left a message and are waiting for a call back. I want to take her in now and my grandpa just wants to wait for the doctor to call back what do I do
