Hi, My Grandson Was Detected With Mild Pelvicitasis Of Left

Hi, my grandson was detected with mild pelvicitasis of left kidney in the 5th month of my daughter in laws pregnancy , doctor suggested to see urologist after the kid is 3 months old , the baby is very active with normal growth . When urologist was consulted the dilation was still seen but there was problem for the baby to pee . Kindly suggest I am very much worried.
