Hi My Groin Area Just The Top Off Inner Thigh

Hi my groin area just the top off inner thigh is red raw sore and it's extremely painful. I had a shaving rash and it's turned into this is there anything I can do for a quick fix to relieve the pain and hotness until I go to the doctors tomorrow ? My pants are also making it worse as it's where the elastic is but I just can not bring myself not to wear them
