Hi, My Head Has Been Throbbing Everyday For The Past

Hi, my head has been throbbing everyday for the past week. Today my horses got in a fight and broke one of my horses nose and was bleeding everywhere. the vet was here and I was dizzy, I started seeing black then the next thing I saw was my grandparents picking me up off the ground. I couldn't feel my legs for about 3mins. please help!??
