Hi, My Healthy 11 Year Old Son (who Was Diagnosed

Hi, my healthy 11 year old son (who was diagnosed with a cold yesterday, no fever) came home from school complaining of tingling in his left arm when he tries to move it. He thinks the arm is feeling weak, too. The pediatrician is closed for the weekend. Is this something I should go to the ER for right away or can I wait and see the weekend and go to the pediatrician on Monday?
