Hi My Husband 41 Yrs Old... He Left The Bike

Hi my husband 41 yrs old... He left the bike one day , after that incident he have pain in the back its like muscles catching and releasing again and again... inthe back tail bone place it have been one year problem for him.he cant sit in hard place and cant ride two wheeler also.we didn't understand its tail bone problem or not....
