Hi, My Husband Always Had Chills In The Afternoon Without

Hi, my husband always had chills in the afternoon without fever. He had a very high uric acid that every time he had a beer, the next day he already had a gout attack. We went to a doctor and he had a urine test but the doctor said he doesn't have uti. That was 3 weeks ago but the chill still continue every afternoon. Doc, what is the possible why is he having chills every afternoon? Your help is highly appreciated... Thank you so much.
