Hi My Husband And I Are Thinking About Trying For

Hi my husband and I are thinking about trying for another child but my first pregnancy had complications and ended up being high risk because at 30 weeks I had gestational hypertension. Every week my blood pressure continued to rise and had swelling and headaches. I had my daughter at 36 weeks and emergency c section due to her heart rate dropping. I was able to be off blood pressure medicine for two years but last December I was put back on it. So my question is do you think my next pregnancy would be with complications or high risk? Thank you
