Hi, My Husband And I Had Intercourse On The 11th

Hi, my husband and I had intercourse on the 11th of this month. About 4 days later I had my menastral cycle early with heavy bleeding and clots. I have been having an achy pain in my pelvis area and in my back for almost a week and my stomach is extremely bloated. I have regular daily bowel movements. Any idea as to what could be going on?
