Hi, My Husband And I Have Been To Numerous Dr's

Hi, my husband and I have been to numerous Dr's over the past few years. He's been diagnosed different things and we still don't feel that the new diagnosis is right. He's got loud whistling that comes from his chest and gurgling, he snores horribly, his oxygen is up and down, he suffers from migranes and weakness and major phlem. Then some days, he's fine. What do you suggest?
