Hi, My Husband Had A Skin Graft On His Leg

Hi, my husband had a skin graft on his leg last Monday. We are wrapping the wound, but noticed today that his leg, foot and ankle are very swollen. It is not red or hot to touch. I have him keeping it elevated, is there anything else we can do to take down the swelling?
