Hi My Husband Had An Accident Yesterday Morning, T-boned. He

Hi my husband had an accident yesterday morning, t-boned. He was able to drive home without symptoms until a few hours later. He had neck & shoulder pains and lower back pain. He couldn't sleep last night, or had nightmares of the accident. Today, I was able to bring him to the Urgent care because he was not feeling right . He feels pain on his chest, shoulders & neck pain, ringing of his ears , as well as more lower back pain. The Nurse prescribed him Diclofenac sodium 75 mg & Metaxalone 800 mg tab . His Bp was 163/103 We came home, he took Diclofenac 100 mg (available at home), take nap. He woke up after 4 hrs of nap, complained headache took 600 mg Ibuprophen BP was 137/103 at 7:50 pm., applied warm compress behind neck.
My concern is his BP. When should I bring him to the Hospital?
