Hi My Husband Had Revision Hip Replacement 11 Days Ago

Hi my husband had revision hip replacement 11 days ago today the wound started to leak a little.the bandage and stitches are still on? His previous hip had been infected and was removed and cleaned and new hip replaced. He is receiving antibiotics three times daily by in at home by nurses. Is this an infection starting again?
