Hi My Husband Has Been Experiencing A Very Faint Leakage

Hi my husband has been experiencing a very faint leakage from his bottom. It would almost seem like he would not have wiped effectively but that is not the case and it seems to only be happening at night. You can see it on the sheets in the morning but nothing in his clothes. Should we be worried?
