Hi My Husband Has Been Recently Diagnosed With Low Iron

Hi my husband has been recently diagnosed with low iron and is now taking Iron Plus 28mg OD. He has complains of dizziness and increased thirst. I'm worried this maybe ill effects of the iron supplement will this pass or should we be concerned. Thank you Chris
