Hi, My Husband Has Been Sick With An Awful Cough

Hi, my husband has been sick with an awful cough along with feeling like someone is sitting on his chest. He went to the dr and an x ray showed a spot of his lung that they thought was either an infection or mucus and they gave him an inhaler and some antibiotics. He now is having nose bleeds and doesn't feel like he's getting any better. Is this something I should be concerned about?
