Hi My Husband Has Been Waking From Sleep Gasping For

Hi my husband has been waking from sleep gasping for air the burping it's happening a few times a night and is extremely scary he's so tired and nervous at what's happening one dr told him is post nasal drip put him on a nasal spray it hasn't helped and the next dr told him reflux from his stomach he takes a stomach medication already !! Please help
