Hi My Husband Has Just Had A Blood Test And

Hi my husband has just had a blood test and his creatinine is 125 and efgr is 55. He only has 1 kidney due to having the other removed because of cancer back in 2005. the level of creatinine and egfr have been increasing and decreasing reflectively. Do you think this is reason to be concerned.
