Hi, my husband just came inside and he has a big bruise on his groin area. He was pressure washing a small wheel on a wheelchair and it exploded and hit him in sack. He has a very blue bruise on it and it's very painful, even hurting in his lower abdomen and his privates. He says it feels like one of his testicles has burst. Do I need to take him to the hospital?
