Hi, My Husband Told Me Yesterday He Felt Dizzy. Today

Hi, my husband told me yesterday he felt dizzy. Today he has been vomiting "black stuff", very nauseous and has broken out in a cold sweat three or four times today and a couple of times yesterday. He has not said anything about chest pain but just that he feels awful. I'm wondering if these could be physical signs of a heart attack. ??
