Hi My Husband Who Is 52 Years Old Has Recently

Hi my husband who is 52 years old has recently had a smell of urine coming from his pores and swollen temples. Don't know what one has to do with the other but he recently underwent his third lithotripsy for kidney stones. Dr put him on diuretics to slow down calcium formed stones but to no avail. Sometimes passes pieces after litho. procedure, sometimes no; so we feel this is a waste of time. Urologist now referred him to a nephrologist. Never feels quite well.
