Hi My Husbands Is Just Getting Over Syatica Which Went

Hi my husbands is just getting over syatica which went down the left hand side of his body and just noticed today his his left ball has been aching and a lot smaller than the right one, he's not quite sure which one is the right size for him though, please advise x
