Hi My Ice Has Exploding Head Syndrome, She Wakes Up

Hi my ice has exploding head syndrome, she wakes up suddenly in the morning with a loud bang and when she wakes it's gone but she gets vertigo in the process. She has had vertigo for years, it comes and goes. She never had the banging in the head getting up , until two weeks ago. What can we do to resolve this issue
