Hi My Implementation Is In My Arm Expired 2years Now

Hi my implementation is in my arm expired 2years now only reason I haven't got it out I'd because they can't detect where it is in the arm . Me and my partner have been trying to conceive the last couple of months but nothing. I'm still getting irreleger bleeds which can last up anything from 5-12days . We are so disappointed that we haven't conceived yet . Would this be cause by the implatation? It has been in my body 5years now I total and is there anything i can do or take to help me conceive
