Hi My Inner Skin Of Cheek Has Got Thicker Of

Hi my inner skin of cheek has got thicker of left side & some pimple type substances has occured though i left smoking & chewing tobacco products recently but m afraid that its any risk of killing disesase like cancer or something its painless no ulcer, no lump on neck or in mouth can u guide me m very much worried.
