Hi, My Just Below My Shoulder Blade, I Have A

Hi, my just below my shoulder blade, I have a sharp pain. This is especially when I'm laying down and I try to pull myself up. Alone with this, I'm having a hard time taking a deep breathe, but I'm not nessacarily running out of breathe. It almost feels like there's something sitting in between my lungs and my ribs.
