Hi My Knees Have Been Given Way On Me My

Hi my knees have been given way on me my left knee had inflation on it af the front my right knee has inflation on the back of it when an walking the sound like their grinding when l have been siting for a while when get up the feel stiff when it has been cold they feel sore and stiff and last Tuesday when I got up I found a lump in the right side of my neck and it is still there on that Tuesday night I felt very feverish and all of my joint felt very sore and I have been having night sweats waking up soaking wet my knees have like there burning hot and to day my shoulders on the coalerbone have inflation on both sides the back of my neck and my back feels like theres inflation there as well and at the bottom of my back feels inflation as well so could you give me any answers on what might be rong with me I've had bloods done but they come back ok and had X-ray done aswel and that hasn't showed up any think I no there something not right because am normal fit an well and I have lost about three stones in weight just in one week I lost about three and a half pounds
