Hi My Last Heavy Period Was February 25-28. My Period

Hi my last heavy period was February 25-28. My period are usually really heavy to the point where I have to change my pad multiple times during the day. I'm on the pill and my periods are regulated. On the 24 I started to spot but its the 27th now and I still only have to change y pad about twice a day. Could I possibly be pregnant or is there just something wrong with me?? If I could get a response asap that would be amazing my bf and I are kinda worried...
