Hi , My Last Menstrual Cycle Was On The 29th

Hi , my last menstrual cycle was on the 29th of September and I didn't have one this whole month until this Friday and this is the 3rd day and I am bleeding light and when I use the restroom no blood and when I wipe light blood and my stomach feels hard and I took to pregnancy test and they're negative and I have a obygn appointment on the 28th and after my last menstrual cycle was done I started have stomach pains on the bottom and mostly on top and my menstrual cycle is regular periods all of the them and does it mean that I am pregnant
