Hi My Last Period Date Was 23 Jan And After

Hi my last period date was 23 Jan and after pregnancy test I took mifepristone then after 11 hous I took two tablet of misoprost with water but bledding didnt start that time after 4-5 hours I took 2 more misoprost tab orally under the tounge and I started to bleed. Bledding was to less then nrml period.. Whats should I do Now??
