Hi My Last Period Was 2months Ago I Got It

Hi my last period was 2months ago i got it couple days ago but is very light when my normal periods are heavy flow and last for 2weeks to a month...but i feel like im pregnant i had a pregnancy test negative had a blood test negative but i still feel like im pregnant. I have a low iron defiency could these make my test results negative
