Hi, My Last Period Was On 30 Oct 2016 And

Hi, my last period was on 30 oct 2016 and i have concieved and doctor suggested me to take sustsin 400 through vagina. On the first two days i was unable to push the susten 400 inside the vegina and it get dissolve and all material comes outside but on the 3rd day i pushed inside and nothing comes outside, so it is ok or i have to talk to my doctor. I am very confused..
