Hi My Last Period Was The Middle Of Last Month

Hi my last period was the middle of last month me and my partner have had unprotected sex every day since I've had vaginal discharge I've been feeling sick and ive been sick twice, dizzy, had loads of headaches cramping and spotting today is this pregnancy or what in slightly confused as I have two kids already so I'm not sure :)
